This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee daily operations for all ACO and Telemedicine service lines.
• Set and track operational KPIs, service-level agreements, and performance dashboards.
• Lead ongoing improvement efforts aimed at enhancing efficiency, scalability, quality, and provider satisfaction.
• Manage operational preparedness for new program launches, acquisitions, partnerships, and market expansions.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to create and implement annual operating plans.
• Ensure operational coherence across clinical, provider engagement, network operations, data analytics, technology, compliance, and customer success functions.
• Act as the executive sponsor and leader of the centralized PMO that supports all ACO and Telemedicine initiatives.
• Develop project management methodologies, governance frameworks, status reporting standards, and prioritization strategies.
• Maintain a comprehensive enterprise project portfolio and executive roadmap.
• Facilitate executive steering committees and uphold accountability for project milestones, deliverables, risks, and dependencies.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources to effectively implement strategic initiatives.
• Design processes for issue escalation, change management, and project risk mitigation.
• Provide regular updates on the project portfolio to executive leadership and governing boards.
• Convert strategic business objectives into actionable operational plans.
• Lead enterprise initiatives focused on growth, operational transformation, technology implementation, and new service offerings.
• Assess operational impacts of regulatory, reimbursement, and value-based care changes.
• Support due diligence, integration planning, and implementation activities linked to strategic partnerships and growth opportunities.
• Promote organizational alignment around key strategic priorities.
• Supervise operational performance of telemedicine programs across post-acute, long-term care, and various care settings.
• Track utilization, provider productivity, access metrics, technology performance, and quality outcomes.
• Collaborate with clinical leadership to enhance provider experience and patient care delivery.
• Ensure scalability and operational readiness for telemedicine growth initiatives.
• Provide executive oversight of ACO operations, including beneficiary engagement, network management, quality programs, compliance, reporting, and performance improvement.
• Monitor performance against MSSP, LEAD, and other value-based care program objectives.
• Collaborate with finance and analytics teams to optimize operational drivers of cost, quality, and utilization outcomes.
• Lead efforts to enhance provider participation, operational efficiency, and financial performance.
• Build and manage a high-performing operations and project management team.
• Cultivate a culture of accountability, ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Mentor and develop operational leaders throughout the organization.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership and business unit leaders.
• Proven experience in leading large-scale healthcare operations and enterprise projects.
• Experience in establishing or leading a Project Management Office (PMO).
• Strong knowledge of value-based care, population health, and healthcare performance management.
• Demonstrated ability to spearhead cross-functional initiatives and organizational transformation efforts.
• Outstanding executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with Medicare Shared Savings Program (MSSP), ACO REACH, LEAD, or comparable value-based care models.
• Experience managing telemedicine or virtual care operations.
• Background in supporting board-level reporting and governance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Over 6 years of progressive healthcare operations leadership experience.
• More than 5 years of executive leadership experience directing multi-functional teams.
