This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Iowa.
• Provide high-level leadership for intricate enterprise programs.
• Convert strategic priorities into cohesive plans, governance structures, and measurable results.
• Collaborate with executive sponsors, senior leadership, and cross-functional teams to align priorities, navigate uncertainties, manage risks and dependencies, and facilitate decision-making.
• Enhance adoption, business readiness, value realization, and the overall capability of enterprise program management.
• Act as a consultative partner to executive sponsors and stakeholders.
• Direct complex enterprise programs, addressing milestones, dependencies, governance, communications, risk management strategies, and outcome metrics.
• Oversee the delivery process, transformation initiatives, operational readiness, adoption, and the realization of benefits across Program Management, Digital Product Management, Agile Delivery, Business Process Management, and Change Management.
• Manage strategic risks, issues, dependencies, resource limitations, vendor dynamics, delivery conflicts, organizational impacts, and enterprise trade-offs.
• Establish governance and communication frameworks, providing executive-ready narratives, dashboards, status reports, decision materials, and recommendations.
• Incorporate change management, stakeholder engagement, communication strategies, training, business readiness, adoption measurements, success indicators, and sustainment plans into program frameworks and governance.
• Lead or assist in post-implementation value realization and adoption assessments.
• Develop and enhance methodologies, standards, governance, tools, templates, reporting methods, delivery frameworks, and success metrics for enterprise program and project management.
• Mentor, coach, and facilitate knowledge sharing throughout EMC.
• Manage allocated resources and project future resource needs and costs.
• Supervise and evaluate team workload and performance, fulfilling people-leader responsibilities.
• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• A minimum of ten years of experience in leading complex, enterprise-level programs, projects, strategic initiatives, or transformation efforts.
• Experience in Agile, hybrid, and traditional delivery environments.
• In-depth knowledge of consultative program management, strategic execution, governance, and business acumen.
• Ability to facilitate significant change management, operational readiness, adoption, and benefits or value realization activities.
• Capability to lead large transformational projects amidst ambiguity, competing priorities, resource constraints, and changing business needs.
• Proficient in identifying and managing strategic risks, dependencies, trade-offs, organizational impacts, and delivery considerations.
• Skilled in advising executive leaders and creating executive-ready documentation.
• Strong executive communication, documentation, influencing, and presentation abilities.
• Talent for identifying, adopting, and implementing innovative solutions.
• Aptitude for translating strategic priorities into actionable plans, governance routines, and outcome metrics.
• Excellent leadership, mentorship, and relationship-building capabilities.
• Preferred program or project management certifications such as PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, or related credentials.
