Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Develop and nurture client relationships, in collaboration with the Program Director, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.

• Collaborate with clients to formulate project strategies and create service delivery plans.

• Oversee and manage contracts, products/services, or unique projects.

• Track and report progress towards business objectives to leadership.

• Manage, prepare, and oversee budget and revenue expectations for assigned clients.

• Potentially supervise additional account management personnel, including Program Specialists.

• Coordinate projects across non-direct reports and suggest program modifications as necessary.

• Promptly escalate risks and implement strategies for risk mitigation.

• Facilitate communication among clients, company, and project team leadership.

• Measure and communicate project metrics and status updates.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 3-5 years of relevant experience, or 7+ years of relevant work experience in Medicaid without a bachelor’s degree.

• Excellent presentation and communication skills.

• Ability to train, guide, and mentor junior team members.

• Proficient in MS Excel, including pivot tables, along with PowerPoint and Word.

• Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or a commitment to obtain it within one year of employment.

• Willingness to work hours aligned with the team in the Pacific Time Zone (US).

• Openness to travel up to 10% as needed.
