This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Direct cross-functional enterprise projects and initiatives, coordinating various teams to ensure timely and budget-compliant milestone delivery.
• Head the technical program management team, overseeing critical initiatives that involve significant cross-functional dependencies.
• Accelerate decision-making by simplifying complex issues into actionable options for leadership.
• Structure intricate programs, operationalize concepts, and navigate obstacles to delivery.
• Evaluate challenges and integrate stakeholder input to facilitate focused decision-making.
• Act as a liaison between technical program management services and executive leadership.
• Develop and manage the technical program management environment to support product strategy execution.
• Collaborate with GPO and Interconnection PMOs on establishing standards, best practices, and scalable Infrastructure TPM services.
• Partner with the SVP of Infrastructure Products & Services and the chief of staff on strategy and process improvement.
• Monitor resource allocation and utilization, contributing to annual budget planning efforts.
• Spearhead strategic planning and the execution of the Infrastructure product portfolio roadmap.
• Conduct monthly and quarterly business reviews.
• Identify and lead high-impact programs aimed at enhancing growth, efficiency, and customer experience.
• Create and maintain both internal and external roadmaps.
• Identify, evaluate, and mitigate risks associated with program delivery.
• Analyze business challenges and formulate data-driven solutions.
• Develop and supervise project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
• Engage stakeholders to implement initiatives that influence profit and loss.
• Prepare reports and dashboards reflecting program performance and operational metrics.
• Establish repeatable processes and advocate for continuous improvement.
• Build and lead a high-performing team of approximately 7–10 employees.
• Implement AI-driven tools and technologies for program management, data analysis, and decision-making.
• Mentor team members and manage their performance, including disciplinary actions and hiring or firing recommendations.
• Over 10 years of experience in program management, business strategy & operations, or consulting within a high-growth, technology-centric enterprise.
• More than 3 years of team management experience; prior experience managing a globally distributed or remote team is preferred.
• Demonstrated success in managing complex programs throughout the product life cycle and achieving results in a fast-paced setting.
• Expertise in strategic planning, financial analysis, and data analytics.
• Experience in leveraging AI tools for project management and operational efficiency is advantageous.
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and successfully influence and collaborate in cross-functional settings.
• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a Technology-related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
• Exceptional skills in business writing, negotiation, interpersonal communication, leadership, analysis, problem-solving, and decision-making.
• Capability to lead cross-functional teams and achieve consensus among varied stakeholders.
• Ability to excel in a dynamic environment and adapt to evolving business needs and priorities.
