This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the complete delivery process for CDP questionnaires, EcoVadis assessments, SBTi commitments, decarbonization roadmaps, TCFD-aligned narrative reports, and CSRD-aligned disclosures for over 25 corporate clients.

• Convert framework requirements into actionable project plans with designated owners, evidence lists, and timelines.

• Conduct gap assessments utilizing responses and scored feedback from previous years.

• Prepare, review, and submit comprehensive and defensible responses via reporting portals.

• Oversee response calendars and quality assurance reviews to guarantee timely submissions.

• Counsel client sustainability, legal, procurement, HR, and executive stakeholders throughout the reporting cycles.

• Establish expectations, request necessary evidence, provide proactive status updates and risk assessments, and manage difficult client discussions.

• Analyze results and develop prioritized improvement strategies for future cycles.

• Create and maintain templates, checklists, response libraries, and delivery workflows.

• Work collaboratively with carbon accounting on the integration of emissions data.

• Offer feedback on products and engineering to enhance reporting tools.

• Engage in discovery and scoping calls as a subject-matter expert.

• Accurately define new engagements to ensure effective delivery execution.

• Stay updated on changing disclosure expectations and communicate relevant information with clients and the team.

• Report to the Director of Reporting and collaborate with carbon accounting, product, and sales teams.
