📋 Description

• Investigate and assess groundbreaking opportunities for transport decarbonization.

• Oversee pilot projects from their initial concept to the proof of value stage.

• Transform successful pilot initiatives into scalable business solutions.

• Collaborate with stakeholders throughout Europe to speed up the adoption of low-carbon transport practices.

• Assist in meeting the CO2 budget for the Overland Division.

• Aid country teams in identifying and prioritizing initiatives that contribute to achieving targets.

• Build and sustain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders and departments across various nations.

• Focus on technological advancements for a long-term strategic vision.

• Create automation solutions for CO2 calculations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in road freight forwarding operations.

• At least 3 years in a relevant position.

• Experience in Sales Activity is a plus.

• A strong enthusiasm for sustainable logistics and innovative mobility concepts.

• A commitment to driving environmental advancements within the transport sector.

• Exceptional ability to inspire stakeholders and articulate the value proposition of electric mobility across various functions and management levels.

• A positive and solution-focused mindset when navigating lengthy implementation cycles and organizational change processes.

• Excellent proficiency in English is mandatory.

• Proficiency in Spanish is beneficial.

• Interest in working with international teams and engaging with diverse stakeholders from different countries.

• Willingness to travel.
