📋 Description

• **Phasor USA, LLC** is on the lookout for a Professional Land Surveyor (P.L.S.) to fill a permanent position that will support our expanding operations throughout the United States. With a robust pipeline of large-scale projects, we are well-equipped for ongoing growth and aim to enhance our team with seasoned survey professionals.

• This position can be based in the city where it is advertised, with flexible work arrangements, including hybrid or remote work options, available for the right candidate.

• **Responsibilities: **

• Manage all facets of project execution.

• Establish project communication protocols, which include:

• Identification of client and Phasor stakeholders and decision-makers.

• Change management procedures.

• Routes and procedures for information dissemination.

• Systematic processes for the management and reporting of project data.

• Maintain accountability for project financial performance, which involves setting up cost controls and performing periodic reviews to identify risks.

• Collaborate with Phasor personnel to comprehend all project requirements, including scheduling, cost, technical, and logistical aspects.

• Oversee subcontractors delivering surveying and geomatics services on projects.

• Coordinate shift schedules, accommodations, and mobilization needs for Crew Chiefs and Survey Technicians, unless delegated to a Field Coordinator.

• Engage in division-level meetings to coordinate crew assignments across projects.

• The ideal candidate must possess a current Professional Land Surveyor (P.L.S.) license in one or more U.S. states or be eligible for licensure through reciprocity. Candidates willing to acquire additional state licenses will receive support, and Phasor USA will cover all associated expenses.
