Freelance Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary liaison between Mario and all ongoing activities associated with [Bulle & Mensch].

• Oversee and enhance editorial, booking, production, social media, and partnership initiatives.

• Monitor deadlines, responsibilities, and outstanding items, and take proactive follow-up actions.

• Document, streamline, and maintain existing workflows—including those in Notion—to ensure clarity and ease of understanding.

• Coordinate freelancers and team members, delegate tasks, and track progress effectively.

• Detect and address bottlenecks, duplicated efforts, and blind spots at an early stage.

• Identify, assess, and systematically initiate new project concepts for formats, partnerships, channels, and tools.

• Guide new projects from ideation and planning through execution, taking ownership for a successful launch.

• Regularly check in with Mario on overall progress and suggest priorities.

• Collaborate with Mario and freelancers to streamline coordination and establish clear frameworks.

• Proven experience in project or process management, preferably in a media, content, or startup setting.

• Capability to transform numerous loose ends into a coherent structure with clear priorities and deadlines.

• Independent, organized, and dependable work style.

• Excellent proficiency in written and spoken German.

• Strong language and communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and partners.

• Familiarity with tools like AI agents and Notion.

• Outstanding communication abilities and the capacity to unite diverse individuals and tasks.

• Receptive to direct feedback.

• Ability to articulate and justify decisions clearly.

• Availability to commence work as soon as possible.
