Lift Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Take charge of new lift installation projects from initial concept to final completion.

• Ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality projects on schedule and within budget.

• Oversee a variety of new installation projects in commercial, residential, healthcare, and public sector settings.

• Manage project timelines, pre-start activities, deliveries, testing requirements, and site readiness from beginning to end.

• Conduct site inspections and project evaluations.

• Guarantee installation quality, subcontractor performance, and fulfillment of customer expectations.

• Serve as the main point of contact for customers, contractors, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.

• Monitor project costs and manage any variations.

• Address issues and resolve defects.

• Ensure a successful handover and completion of warranty obligations.

• Collaborate with customers, contractors, and installation teams.

• Manage projects across the South of England through remote work, site visits, and customer meetings.

• Work Monday to Thursday from 8:30 to 17:15, and Friday from 8:30 to 13:30.

⛳️ Requirements

• NVQ3 in Installing Lifts.

• Project Management qualification.

• Knowledge and/or familiarity with relevant Lift and Building Standards.

• Applicants must possess the appropriate right to work.
