
Surgical Onsite Specialist – Western WA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Provide real-time procedural support for Surgical Centers of Therapy within the designated territory
• Deliver technical expertise and troubleshooting assistance to ensure successful product utilization
• Act as a resource for physicians and surgical teams within the operating room environment
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries during on-site procedures
• Facilitate effective communication between customers and team members
• Identify and report issues and opportunities to the Surgical Account Manager
• Execute equipment and software upgrades
• Perform audits on equipment fleets to assess product performance and compliance
• Lead training sessions for physicians, residents, and surgical staff on surgical product applications
• Support Resident Labs, MedEd courses, Regional Peer Education, and Continuing Education initiatives
• Assist the Surgical Account Manager and specialists with product trials, implementations, and conversion processes
• Provide on-site assistance for regional conversions and strategies for product adoption
• Monitor and maintain the availability of surgical products and inventory levels
• Bachelor’s degree
• A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
• For degrees obtained outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required
• Unrestricted U.S. work authorization must be held at the time of hire and maintained throughout employment; sponsorship is not provided below the Principal level
• Valid driver's license
• Preferred: 1+ years of B2B sales experience with a proven history of achieving or surpassing sales objectives
• Preferred: Experience in prospecting, generating new business, and building a sales pipeline
• Preferred: Experience in establishing relationships with decision-makers and navigating customer organizations
• Preferred: Capability to work independently in a dynamic, field-based environment
