This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Deliver real-time procedural support for Surgical Centers of Therapy within the designated territory.
• Provide technical advice and troubleshooting assistance for effective product utilization.
• Act as a resource for physicians and surgical teams during operations.
• Serve as the main point of contact for customer queries during on-site procedures.
• Facilitate effective communication between clients and team members.
• Identify and relay concerns and opportunities to the assigned Surgical Account Manager.
• Execute equipment and software upgrades.
• Conduct audits of the equipment fleet.
• Lead in-service training sessions for physicians, residents, and surgical personnel on surgical product applications.
• Support Resident Labs, MedEd courses, RPEs, and Continuing Education initiatives.
• Assist the Surgical Account Manager and specialists with product trials, implementation, and conversion projects.
• Provide on-site assistance for regional conversions and strategies for product adoption.
• Monitor surgical product inventory to ensure availability for procedures.
• Maintain inventory levels to satisfy customer and operational requirements.
• Travel to multiple accounts across the Western Washington territory.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Over 1 year of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of achieving or surpassing sales targets.
• Demonstrated success in prospecting, generating new business, and establishing a sales pipeline.
• Background in building relationships with decision-makers and maneuvering through customer organizations.
• Capacity to work independently in a dynamic, field-based setting.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and consultative selling abilities.
• For degrees obtained outside of the United States, a qualification meeting 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is mandatory.
• Valid driver's license.
• Unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hiring and throughout employment; sponsorship is not available for this position.
