This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Drive demand for surgeons across the complete Surgical COT portfolio.
• Create and implement strategic sales initiatives.
• Recognize practice trends and foster essential customer relationships.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative stakeholders to enhance business prospects.
• Conduct business reviews and aid in regional and national conversion initiatives.
• Act as the primary contact for MDT account teams.
• Guide account-level contractual strategies.
• Optimize contracts and promote category expansion throughout One Surgical.
• Take ownership of and execute quarterly Customer Business Reviews.
• Establish and sustain relationships with key economic and clinical stakeholders.
• Support portfolio growth by engaging Key Opinion Leaders.
• Encourage the adoption and utilization of Surgical COT products.
• Build relationships with field distribution partners.
• Utilize partnership programs and account intelligence to enhance market share.
• Meet or surpass quotas for disposables and hardware.
• Broaden contract categories and enhance opportunity management and forecasting precision.
• Reside within the designated territory and travel to multiple accounts in the region.
• High School Diploma (or equivalent) and a minimum of 6+ years of experience, or an Associate’s Degree with at least 4+ years of experience, or a Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 2+ years of experience.
• Relevant experience in sales, clinical roles, or related fields within medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences.
• Must currently live or be able to relocate within 50 miles of the territory.
• Proven sales record in the medical device or healthcare industry, ideally within surgical or related areas.
• Strong comprehension of clinical settings.
• Experience in building and managing relationships with key clinical and administrative decision-makers.
• Ability to assess business trends and formulate actionable strategies.
• Proficient in CRM software (such as SF.com) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• For degrees earned outside the United States, a degree meeting the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is necessary.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Unrestricted U.S. work authorization is necessary at the time of hire and throughout employment; sponsorship is not available for this position.
