This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Drive demand from surgeons across the entire Surgical COT portfolio.
• Formulate and implement strategic sales initiatives.
• Recognize practice trends and foster essential customer partnerships.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative stakeholders to broaden business prospects.
• Conduct business reviews and participate in regional and national conversion strategies.
• Act as the primary liaison among MDT account teams.
• Direct account-level contractual approaches.
• Enhance contracts and promote category growth within One Surgical.
• Manage and conduct quarterly Customer Business Reviews.
• Build and sustain relationships with economic and clinical stakeholders.
• Engage Key Opinion Leaders to support the growth of the portfolio.
• Promote the adoption and utilization of Surgical COT products, including Stapling, Energy, Wound Closure, Electrosurgery, Situate, and Access & Instrumentation.
• Develop relationships with field distribution partners.
• Utilize partnership programs and account insights to enhance market share.
• Meet or surpass quotas for disposables and hardware.
• Broaden contract categories and enhance opportunity management and forecasting precision.
• Travel to multiple accounts throughout the Northwest Indiana region.
• High School Diploma (or equivalent) AND at least 6+ years of experience OR Associate’s Degree AND at least 4+ years of experience OR Bachelor’s Degree AND at least 2+ years of experience.
• Relevant experience in sales, clinical roles, or related fields in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences.
• Must reside or be willing to relocate within 50 miles of the territory.
• A valid driver's license is mandatory.
• Unrestricted U.S. work authorization is required at the time of hiring and throughout employment.
• Demonstrated success in sales within the medical device or healthcare sector, preferably in surgical or associated fields.
• Strong knowledge of clinical settings.
• Experience in establishing and maintaining key customer relationships with clinical and administrative decision-makers.
• Capability to analyze business trends and create actionable strategies.
• Proficient in CRM software (e.g., SF.com) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Degrees obtained outside the United States must comply with 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A).
