This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Drive demand among surgeons for the entire Surgical COT portfolio, which includes Stapling, Energy, Suture, Electrosurgery, Situate, and Access & Instrumentation.
• Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives.
• Identify market trends in practices and foster key customer relationships to enhance growth and adoption.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative stakeholders to broaden business opportunities.
• Conduct business reviews and support regional and national conversion efforts.
• Act as the primary liaison among MDT account teams, including District Managers, Sales Area Directors, Sales Operations Specialists, and GYN and Hernia portfolio teams.
• Lead the development and execution of account-level contractual strategies.
• Optimize contracts and promote category expansion across One Surgical.
• Manage and conduct quarterly Customer Business Reviews.
• Build and sustain relationships with both economic and clinical stakeholders.
• Enhance portfolio growth strategies by engaging Key Opinion Leaders.
• Promote the adoption and use of Surgical Center of Technology products.
• Foster relationships with field distribution partners.
• Maximize partnership programs and utilize account intelligence to increase market share.
• Meet or exceed quotas for disposables and hardware.
• Expand contract categories.
• Enhance opportunity management and forecasting accuracy.
• Travel to multiple accounts within the Ventura territory.
• High School Diploma (or equivalent) AND a minimum of 6+ years of experience, OR an Associate’s Degree with at least 4+ years of experience, OR a Bachelor’s Degree with at least 2+ years of experience.
• Relevant experience in sales, clinical roles, or related fields in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences.
• Must reside or be willing to relocate within 50 miles of Ventura, CA.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire and throughout employment.
• Proven success in sales within the medical device or healthcare sector, ideally in surgical or related fields.
• Strong understanding of clinical settings and the ability to convey complex product information to various stakeholders.
• Experience in building and managing relationships with clinical and administrative decision-makers.
• Capability to analyze market trends and create actionable strategies.
• Proficient in CRM software, such as SF.com, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• For degrees obtained outside the United States, a qualification that meets 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.
