This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Drive demand from surgeons across the complete Surgical COT portfolio, which includes Stapling, Energy, Suture, Electrosurgery, Situate, and Access & Instrumentation.
• Create and implement strategic sales initiatives.
• Recognize practice trends and foster essential customer relationships to promote market growth and adoption.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative stakeholders to enhance business opportunities.
• Conduct business reviews and aid in regional and national conversion efforts.
• Act as the primary liaison among MDT account teams, including District Managers, Sales Area Directors, Sales Operations Specialists, and GYN and Hernia portfolio teams.
• Lead strategies for account-level contracts.
• Optimize contracts and advance category expansion across One Surgical.
• Own and facilitate quarterly Customer Business Reviews.
• Develop and sustain relationships with significant economic and clinical stakeholders.
• Engage Key Opinion Leaders to bolster portfolio growth strategies.
• Promote the adoption and utilization of Surgical Center of Technology products.
• Build relationships with field distribution partners.
• Maximize partnership programs and leverage account insights to increase market share.
• Achieve or surpass quotas for disposables and hardware.
• Broaden contract categories.
• Enhance opportunity management and forecasting accuracy.
• Travel to multiple accounts throughout the region.
• High School Diploma (or equivalent) AND a minimum of 6+ years of experience OR an Associate’s Degree AND at least 4+ years of experience OR a Bachelor’s Degree AND at least 2+ years of experience.
• Relevant experience in sales, clinical, or related fields within medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences.
• Must reside or be willing to relocate within 50 miles of Ventura, CA.
• Demonstrated success in sales within the medical device or healthcare sector, ideally in surgical or related areas.
• Strong comprehension of clinical environments and the ability to convey complex product information to a variety of stakeholders.
• Experience in establishing and maintaining key customer relationships with clinical and administrative decision-makers.
• Capability to analyze business trends and formulate actionable strategies.
• Proficient in CRM software (e.g., SF.com) and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire and throughout the duration of employment.
• For degrees obtained outside the United States, a degree that meets the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is necessary.
