Support Specialist – Nonprofit Fundraising Campaigns

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Greet and assist incoming donors.

• Adhere to scripts approved for the campaign.

• Accurately input donation and pledge information.

• Verify essential donor details.

• Respond to relevant process-related inquiries.

• Utilize multiple applications during calls.

• Safeguard confidential information.

• Comply with quality and compliance standards.

• Maintain consistent attendance during designated service times.

• Process donations and pledges for recognized nonprofit fundraising efforts.

• Handle strictly inbound donor calls, without engaging in cold calling, outbound dialing, prospecting, solicitation, or product sales.

⛳️ Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED is required.

• At least six months of remote customer service experience or one year of onsite experience.

• A professional and friendly phone demeanor.

• Excellent listening and verbal communication skills.

• Proficient typing and data entry skills.

• Comfortable following scripts and established processes.

• Ability to work independently without direct supervision.

• A quiet, dedicated workspace at home.

• A Windows 11 computer.

• Minimum of 8GB RAM; 16GB is recommended.

• A noise-canceling USB headset.

• Wired high-speed internet connection.

• A direct Ethernet connection.

• A quiet and distraction-free working environment.

• Certification is required prior to servicing.

• Must adhere to selected service intervals.

• Continued access is contingent upon attendance, professionalism, quality, and performance.
