This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Provide customer service for a new telecommunications company

• Work remotely during morning shifts

• Engage in the selection and training process

• Assist and negotiate with clients

• Perform duties as a customer service advisor in a telecommunications Contact Center

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid ID

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Strong communication skills and negotiation abilities

• Availability to work remotely during morning shifts

• Operational PC/laptop with a webcam during the training selection process

• Stable fixed internet connection, with a minimum download speed of 30 Mbps

• Reside in Lima, Chiclayo, or Piura

• Secondary education

• No professional experience required
