Support Engineer – Data Fetching Engineer, Telecom

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malta.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the Customer Team to extract information from the Partner tool

• Analyze challenges related to Telecom network KPIs

• Investigate issues concerning Customers’ network and Partner traffic integrations

• Execute daily operations, maintenance, and problem-solving tasks

• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve system-related issues through root cause analysis

• Offer technical guidance to major telecom Customers

⛳️ Requirements

• 2-3 years of pertinent experience

• Proficiency in SQL

• Understanding of cellular protocols

• Basic system skills including Linux and a grasp of Cloud & Cloud native concepts

• Excellent customer interaction skills

• Capability to independently conduct Customer calls

• Willingness to work in shifts (24/7)

• Openness to travel on-site for a few days as business needs arise

• Nice to Have: Familiarity with the Wireshark tool
