Support Billing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee Support Billing requests with accuracy and timeliness

• Execute invoicing tasks across various divisions utilizing Microsoft Excel, Word, and specialized software

• Conduct data entry for invoicing tasks while adhering to daily, weekly, and monthly deadlines

• Distribute invoices through print, email, and EDI channels

• Ensure all necessary attachments and modifications are included prior to sending invoices

• Manage special billing requirements and adjustments to customer invoices

• Reprint and resend original invoices as required

• Utilize critical thinking for both short-term and long-term decision-making

• Actively resolve issues with a sense of urgency and engage relevant business partners

• Cross-train to assist members of the Billing department

• Maintain precise procedures and support initiatives for process enhancements

• Deliver exceptional service to both internal and external customers while collaborating with business partners

• Complete other assigned tasks and projects

⛳️ Requirements

• Preferred Associate's degree

• 3-5 years of experience in a billing or accounting operations/support role

• Outstanding interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities

• Highly organized with the capability to adhere to standardized procedures

• Experience submitting invoices through Ariba and Coupa

• Detail-oriented and analytical

• Capable of working independently or collaboratively within a team

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment with stringent deadlines

• Strong problem-solving skills with a knack for offering innovative solutions

• Familiarity with ticket management systems, specifically ServiceNow
