Support and Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Design and implement programming for KNX/building automation projects.

• Collaborate with clients to validate technical specifications and prepare project documentation.

• Create and assess the commissioning of demonstration rooms in partnership with the Operations team.

• Offer technical support, maintenance, and manage inquiries throughout the entire lifecycle of projects and products.

• Gather requirements and identify improvement opportunities, reporting them to the Project and Product departments.

• Collaborate with the headquarters team to develop integrations with local software systems.

• Assist in the onboarding of new team members and enhance internal workflows.

• Create technical support materials and initiatives for the Sales team during the pre-sales phase.

• Validate new products and solutions through beta testing.

• Investigate technologies, standards, and trends in the field of building automation.

• Design technical training programs for customers, partners, and integrators within the German market.

⛳️ Requirements

• Technical training in electronics, complemented by a technician or master craftsperson qualification, or an equivalent; alternatively, a completed degree in electronics, electrical engineering, or a similar technical field.

• 1–3 years of relevant professional experience, preferably as a system integrator or in a comparable role.

• Proficient knowledge and hands-on experience with KNX/building automation technologies.

• Familiarity with DALI.

• Experience in network configuration.

• Basic understanding of Linux.

• Native-level proficiency in German.

• Proficient in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

• Willingness to travel for on-site commissioning activities.
