Support and Deployment Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Saudi Arabia.

📋 Description

• Implement and configure system architectures while ensuring adherence to security protocols.

• Collaborate closely with systems administrators and project team members on system configurations.

• Establish and manage cost-efficient and effective hardware and software deployments.

• Assist with project needs for Azeus Convene deployments.

• Set up servers with security hardening and firewall policies between servers.

• Facilitate cloud application deployments across AWS, Azure, KSA cloud, and additional environments.

• Install Azeus applications on client sites, which includes server and application software hardening and firewall policy configuration.

• Identify and assess system integration challenges.

• Troubleshoot server issues by determining root causes and implementing immediate solutions.

• Develop and execute corrective and preventive measures.

• Recognize recurring tasks and propose automation tools.

• Provide on-call support for various support cases.
