Senior DevOps Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Armenia, +4 more countries.

📋 Description

• Develop and sustain CI/CD pipelines for the automated testing and deployment of infrastructure services.

• Design and oversee AWS infrastructure utilizing Terraform.

• Automate the configuration of networks and servers using Ansible.

• Enhance cloud resources and adopt cost-effective solutions.

• Monitor system performance and address issues as they arise.

• Enforce security best practices and automate compliance.

• Collaborate effectively with development and operations teams.

• Engage in HR and future-manager interviews throughout the hiring process.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive hands-on experience with AWS services.

• Strong background in Terraform for Infrastructure as Code.

• Expertise in Ansible for configuration management and automation.

• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals, including L2/L3 concepts, VLANs, switching, and routing.

• Familiarity with overlay network technologies and software-defined networking.

• Experience in network automation and programmability.

• Practical experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.

• Proficient in Docker and Kubernetes.

• Scripting abilities in Python and Bash.

• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

• AWS certifications are desirable (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer).

• Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus and Grafana is a plus.
