This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.

📋 Description

• Offer technical assistance to the Lead Advisor and/or Service Advisor.

• Collect data, conduct modeling, design cases, create scenarios, formulate plans, and develop presentations.

• Engage in client meetings without providing advisory services.

• Input client information into various systems.

• Prepare and revise financial plans and presentation materials.

• Enter data into financial planning software and draft financial plans.

• Process client requests, address client inquiries, and keep client information and documentation up to date.

• Research and provide responses to client questions.

• Complete, submit, and monitor client account and application paperwork.

• Collect and maintain customer suitability information.

• Assist Financial Advisors with the preparation and follow-up for client meetings.

• Maintain client data in Salesforce, MoneyGuide Pro, Morningstar, and other planning tools.

• Fill out electronic and paper service forms and new business applications.

• May complete and sign applications for Variable Life, Variable Annuity, Mutual Fund, and Brokerage products.

• May accept and/or enter unsolicited client trade orders.

• Take notes during client meetings and manage post-meeting tasks.

• Carry out additional responsibilities assigned by the Lead Advisor.

• Report to and be employed/contracted by the Financial Advisor.


⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience in financial services is preferred.

• Required registrations include Securities (7/66, or 7/63 & 65) and Life, Health, and Annuities.

• Proven customer service experience, preferably 3+ years.

• Capability to manage multiple tasks and uphold a high quality of work despite frequent interruptions.

• Ability to protect the integrity of sensitive and confidential information.

• Basic knowledge of products and services offered by Thrivent Financial.

• Must be able to collaborate effectively with all roles within the Pacific Legacy Group.

• Must represent the organization professionally in interactions with external clients.

• Ability to build and maintain relationships with external organizations.

• Background verification is mandatory.

• Fingerprints are required for submission to the Federal Bureau of Investigation.

• Access Persons must adhere to the firm's Code of Ethics and maintain outside brokerage accounts at designated firms.
