Supply Quality Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Verify the accuracy of Vedic content.

• Contribute to the development of esoteric content features for the India product.

• Analyze user challenges and propose marketing strategies for chat services.

• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks among experts to enhance overall supply quality.

• Conduct regular quality control (QC) assessments of consultation chats, focusing on cultural fit, retention, and engagement.

• Develop a training program and establish quality standards for experts based in India.

• Assist in recruitment by evaluating candidates' genuine consultation skills.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in an astrology or consultation platform in a role related to supply, quality, or expert training — OR 2+ years of combined experience in supply/marketplace operations alongside practical Vedic astrology experience.

• Proficiency in Hindi and English (B2+ level).

• Preferred: experience in training or onboarding experts or consultants.

• Direct communication style — comfortable providing feedback to experts.

• Ability to develop processes independently, without a predefined playbook.

• Proficiency in cross-cultural communication.

• Familiarity with AI tools for large-scale chat analysis.

• Educational background or qualifications in Vedic astrology, or substantial knowledge of Kundli reading, dashas, transits, nakshatras.

• Knowledge of additional tools: KP, Lal Kitab, Nadi, Prashna, Vastu, numerology, gemology.

• Understanding of the Panchang/muhurat and festival calendar.

• Experience in creating content (both video and text) tailored for a spiritual audience.

• Proficiency in additional regional languages: Tamil, Bengali, Marathi, Telugu.

• Experience in recruiting or assembling a team of experts.
