Supply Planning & Analytics Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Produce weekly reports on demand, supply, and supportability for network hardware.

• Evaluate week-over-week fluctuations in demand, supply, and supportability.

• Examine source data, calculations, assumptions, and system outputs to pinpoint discrepancies or errors.

• Create repeatable data-validation processes to ensure reporting precision.

• Maintain documentation and traceability for changes, assumptions, processes, and reports.

• Aid in the weekly and monthly reporting of key performance indicators.

• Enhance existing planning processes, reports, and Power BI dashboards.

• Collaborate with engineering teams to develop and refine internal planning tools.

• Design dashboards that convey supply positions, constraints, gaps, and actionable insights.

• Establish scenario-planning and “what-if” functionalities to assist supply planning decisions.

• Work collaboratively across demand planning, supply planning, component planning, sourcing, and execution functions.

• Present findings, pending actions, and supportability updates to both business and technical stakeholders.

• Monitor follow-up items and ensure actions are completed accurately and on schedule.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in supply chain, operations, business, technology, manufacturing, sourcing, or a related field.

• 2–4 years of experience in supply planning, operations, technology-related supply chain, manufacturing, sourcing, or a similar function.

• Proficient supply planning experience, including demand and supply analysis.

• 2–4 years of experience utilizing AI-enabled analytics tools to automate data validation, generate insights, and enhance reporting.

• 2–4 years of advanced Excel proficiency.

• Working knowledge of SQL and experience in developing or optimizing business intelligence tools, including Power BI.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proven track record of identifying data discrepancies and implementing corrective measures.

• Keen attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.

• Effective project management and organizational abilities.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Capacity to communicate with and influence both business and technical stakeholders.

• Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and follow through on outstanding actions.

• Availability to work during Pacific Time hours in a remote setting.

• Experience in supporting network hardware, cloud infrastructure, or technology supply chains.

• Background in component planning or indirect supply planning.

• Familiarity with Kusto or similar large-scale data-query platforms.

• Experience in leading continuous improvement initiatives for supply planning processes and reporting.

• Experience collaborating with engineering teams to build internal tools.

• Proficiency in productionizing Power BI dashboards and analytics solutions.

• Experience developing scenario-planning or “what-if” tools.

• Familiarity with generative AI assistants and AI-enabled business intelligence capabilities.

• Previous experience within a large enterprise technology organization.

• Self-starter with a resourceful, proactive mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
