Senior Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the Global Team Leader and Director of Project Management to assist cross-functional matrix teams and oversee project management for specific sub-teams.

• Create and consistently update assigned segments of comprehensive, fully integrated program Gantt charts serving as a company-wide single source of truth.

• Offer tailored summary views for team utilization and executive management evaluations.

• Identify and manage interdependencies, critical paths, and at-risk activities for program-level scenario planning and risk mitigation.

• Maintain dashboards to effectively communicate status and monitor progress.

• Coordinate cross-functional team meetings, including scheduling, agendas, presentation materials, minutes, and follow-up on action items.

• Keep issue logs and risk registers and ensure timely resolution of issues and risk mitigation.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and Finance to develop and revise budgets while managing program expenditures within approved limits.

• Oversee selected external vendors, including timelines, budgets, MSA/SOW documents, and the integration of deliverables into program Gantt charts.

• Assist in the preparation of Governance and Executive presentations.

• Aid in the planning and creation of documents that meet quality standards for Regulatory/Health Authority submissions.

• Contribute to the establishment and refinement of best practices, processes, and procedures.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience in a pharmaceutical/biotech R&D setting, including at least 3 years in a project management role or similar position.

• Demonstrated expertise in drug development and registration, encompassing early- and late-stage clinical, nonclinical, CMC development, and global regulatory interactions, submissions, and reviews.

• Strong communication, collaboration, interpersonal, and influencing abilities.

• Exceptional analytical skills and proficiency in facilitating team decision-making.

• Proficient in decision analysis methodologies and related tools.

• In-depth knowledge of project management principles and practices.

• Expertise in project management software, such as Smartsheet.

• Capability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• PMP certification is highly preferred.
