Business Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of comprehensive onboarding programs from the initial planning stage through execution and ongoing enhancements.

• Establish program objectives, key performance indicators, milestones, and governance structures.

• Create scalable onboarding frameworks, processes, and documentation.

• Collaborate with Product, Relationship Management, Software Development, Sales, Service, Implementation, Commercial Software Support, and Training teams to guarantee onboarding readiness.

• Act as an internal subject matter expert for resolving post-implementation issues.

• Manage multiple workstreams and dependencies across various organizations.

• Facilitate stakeholder alignment and executive communications.

• Evaluate onboarding workflows to pinpoint opportunities for automation and enhancements in efficiency.

• Develop standardized operating procedures, templates, and best practices.

• Lead change management efforts to support new tools and business processes.

• Create and track key performance indicators, including time-to-productivity, software adoption rates, onboarding completion rates, customer satisfaction, retention metrics, and service level agreement compliance.

• Share insights and recommendations with business leaders.

• Safeguard, protect, and correctly manage confidential Ascensus data.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Communications, or a related discipline.

• Over 5 years of experience in Program Management, Customer Success, Operations, Software Implementation, or Enablement.

• Proven experience in managing cross-functional business initiatives.

• Exceptional project management, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Familiarity with SaaS products and software deployment processes.

• Experience with CRM systems, Chorus, or onboarding platforms is preferred.

• Preferred experience in data analysis and dashboard development.
