Supply Growth Intern – Memberships

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee the verification and assessment of pending host profiles

• Ensure that published pages adhere to quality and safety standards

• Assess, approve, and support new hosts throughout the onboarding process

• Monitor profile activation and assist in completing onboarding within 30 days of registration

• Detect inconsistencies and direct hosts on subsequent steps

• Respond to inquiries from new hosts during the onboarding phase

• Offer prompt, clear, and friendly operational and technical assistance

• Identify and address issues within the host onboarding experience

• Document and update information in the CRM system

• Monitor onboarding-related metrics and data

• Recognize bottlenecks, trends, and recurring challenges

• Provide insights to enhance onboarding procedures

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in Business Administration, International Relations, Tourism, Communications, Management, Sales Management, or a related discipline

• Proficient in advanced English

• Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational abilities

• A curious mindset with a strong desire to learn

• A keen interest in travel, cultural exchange, and the sharing economy

• Experience with CRM systems, data analysis, or operational processes is advantageous

• Familiarity with Google Sheets, Google Docs, or similar applications is a plus

• Background in multicultural settings or experience working with individuals from various countries is beneficial
