📋 Description

• Drive the annual growth planning process, ensuring regular structured interactions, fostering accountability, and converting growth strategies into actionable plans.

• Assist with focus-state initiatives, trade-area strategies, market development plans, asset evolution, and readiness for new unit growth.

• Collaborate with Field Marketing on local and hyperlocal marketing strategies and initiatives for stores.

• Ensure compliance with Grand Opening requirements for community engagement.

• Contribute to leadership development, onboarding, succession planning, and organizational preparedness in collaboration with Field Training and NRO teams.

• Enhance operational capabilities, guest experiences, ROE progress, throughput, and overall business performance.

• Act as the liaison among Franchisees, Marketing, and Real Estate teams.

• Assist franchisees in creating and capturing demand, improving operational readiness, and accelerating profitable growth and market maturity.

• Success is evaluated based on AWS growth, transaction increases, readiness for development, market penetration, new store performance, and franchisee accountability.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED.

• Over 7 years of experience in franchising, multi-unit operations, business consulting, training, development, or marketing.

• Preference for candidates with franchise consulting and restaurant leadership experience.

• Familiarity with strategic growth planning, franchisee coaching, cross-functional leadership, analytics, business acumen, effective communication, influence without authority, and expertise in market development.

• Willingness to travel up to 60% of the time.
