This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
β’ Oversee inventory levels and expiration dates to ensure a compliant and healthy stock status.
β’ Assist in demand forecasting by examining past sales data, patient trends, and market conditions.
β’ Generate Purchase Orders and collaborate with suppliers, manufacturers, and import partners to ensure prompt deliveries and avoid stockouts.
β’ Monitor product costs and work with the Finance team to ensure accurate invoicing and supplier payments.
β’ Manage the transportation of raw materials to manufacturing sites and coordinate subsequent shipments to the UK.
β’ Communicate daily with import partners to secure timely delivery of medicines to the pharmacy.
β’ Collaborate with the warehouse team to facilitate effective distribution.
β’ Ensure that supply chain operations comply with GMP, licensing, and traceability standards.
β’ Review and organize Certificates of Analysis and create Letters of Clinical Need for import activities.
β’ Maintain documentation that is audit-ready for regulatory inspections.
β’ Work alongside the Marketing team to create compliant product labels and promotional materials.
β’ Analyze sales and inventory data to uncover trends, bottlenecks, and potential opportunities.
β’ Support process enhancements that improve efficiency and reliability.
β’ 2β3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations.
β’ Experience in regulated sectors such as Medical Cannabis or Pharmaceuticals is highly advantageous.
β’ Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
β’ Familiarity with ERP or supply chain management systems.
β’ Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across functions.
β’ Knowledge of GMP and GDP regulations.
β’ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
β’ Proactive problem-solver capable of managing individual workloads.
β’ Must possess authorization to work in South Africa.
