Supply Chain Specialist, 6 Months Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee the replenishment planning for the PH supply chain, serving as the primary contact for demand, supply, and inventory management.

• Employ JDA, SAP, and PBI tools to facilitate replenishment planning.

• Manage SAP purchase orders, which includes quarterly updates for PIR/ICP.

• Analyze JDA/SAP exception messages and ensure system maintenance.

• Extend MDG product codes to the relevant country.

• Track shipments to confirm they arrive and are released as scheduled.

• Communicate proactively with both internal and external parties regarding shipment updates.

• Collaborate with the sales team to integrate country demand inputs for monthly demand planning cycles.

• Manage warehouse inventory and lead virtual stock counts as necessary.

• Provide supply chain data, conduct local and indent sales analysis, and prepare month-end closing reports.

• Address internal complaints by coordinating with sourcing-country and QA teams for resolution.

• Assist the finance team with the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Management or a related field.

• At least 2 years of demonstrated experience in customer service, planning, procurement, or supply chain-related roles.

• Familiarity with a computerized environment and basic office software.

• Experience with SAP and JDA systems is a plus.

• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

• Capacity to lead projects, achieve results, and possess business acumen.

• Ability to work independently or with minimal supervision.

• Customer-oriented, resilient under stress, innovative, and adept at resolving issues swiftly and logically.
