NetSuite Supply Chain – Planning Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee and modify reorder points and safety stock levels within Adaptive.

• Develop and manage purchase orders, including tracking and communicating with vendors.

• Provide light coordination with vendors/suppliers regarding order status.

• Maintain records related to planning items, such as lead times, reorder quantities, and vendor details.

• Handle NetSuite transactions for outbound shipments, including receipts.

• Generate inbound transactions and Transfer Orders based on confirmed supplier shipping dates.

• Extract and analyze saved searches along with inventory and supply chain reports.

• Identify discrepancies or issues and escalate them to the internal team for resolution.

• Assist the Supply Planning Manager during the implementation of the NetSuite process automation initiative.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 1–2 years of hands-on experience working with NetSuite.

• Specific expertise in NetSuite's supply chain and/or planning modules.

• Able to work independently once trained in Owlet's specific procedures.

• Consistent daily availability, with a minimum of 3–4 hours overlapping U.S. business hours.

• Preferred background in supply chain, procurement, or inventory planning.

• Familiarity with saved searches and basic reporting in NetSuite is preferred.
