This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop the product strategy informed by trends in the supply chain market, logistics requirements, and new technologies.
• Oversee the creation and implementation of the supply chain product roadmap.
• Ensure alignment of the roadmap with business goals and operational objectives.
• Work collaboratively with teams in procurement, inventory management, logistics, and operations to gather necessary requirements.
• Convert business requirements into clear and actionable product specifications.
• Comprehend and map intricate supply chain, order management, and distribution processes.
• Act as the representative voice for customers and business operations.
• Guarantee that product solutions provide value and address operational challenges.
• Prioritize and advocate for improvements that enhance satisfaction, adoption, and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to develop release plans, define Minimum Viable Products (MVPs), and ensure timely delivery.
• Ensure that supply chain products are scalable, secure, and compliant with global trade regulations and business needs.
• Keep track of emerging technologies in the supply chain sector and identify opportunities for new capabilities.
• Establish and monitor product performance Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Leverage data to guide product decisions and enhance process efficiency.
• Cultivate relationships with internal operational teams, external logistics partners, and vendors.
• Communicate the product vision and updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• 7+ years of experience as a product manager.
• Demonstrated expertise in NetSuite ERP, NetSuite Inventory Management, and NetSuite WMS, including integrations and data pipelines.
• Experience with demand planning systems such as Anaplan is advantageous.
• Familiarity with transportation management systems such as Oracle TMS is a plus.
• Proven history of delivering products and solutions that are customer-centric and operationally focused, yielding measurable business value.
• Ability to comprehend user needs and translate them into impactful product features.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in presenting and explaining product concepts to both technical engineering teams and non-technical operational stakeholders.
• Skillful at building business relationships, influencing stakeholders across various functions, and leading cross-functional teams.
• Proven experience in leading cross-functional product development in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Experience in establishing and embedding Scrum practices within engineering and business teams.
• Experienced in guiding iterative planning, prioritization, and delivery.
• Must reside and work remotely within the United States.
• Proficiency in the English language is required on the application form.
