This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Establish product strategy informed by trends in the supply chain market, logistics requirements, and new technologies.
• Oversee the development and implementation of the supply chain product roadmap.
• Ensure alignment of the product roadmap with both business and operational goals.
• Collaborate with teams in procurement, inventory management, logistics, and operations to collect requirements.
• Convert business requirements into clear and actionable product specifications.
• Comprehend and map intricate supply chain, order management, and distribution workflows.
• Act as the representative voice for customers and business operations.
• Prioritize enhancements that boost customer satisfaction, user adoption, and operational effectiveness.
• Partner with engineering teams to formulate release plans, define the Minimum Viable Product (MVP), and ensure the successful delivery of supply chain initiatives and features.
• Guarantee that supply chain products are scalable, secure, and adaptable to global trade laws, compliance standards, and business needs.
• Keep abreast of emerging technologies in the supply chain sector and discover opportunities for new capabilities.
• Establish and monitor product performance key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Leverage data to guide product decisions and enhance process efficiency.
• Foster relationships with internal operational teams, external logistics partners, and vendors.
• Relay the product vision and progress updates to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience as a product manager.
• Proven expertise in NetSuite ERP, NetSuite Inventory Management, and NetSuite WMS, including integrations and data pipelines.
• Familiarity with demand planning systems like Anaplan is advantageous.
• Experience with transportation management systems such as Oracle TMS is a plus.
• Demonstrated success in delivering customer-focused and operationally effective products and solutions that create measurable business value.
• Capability to comprehend user needs and translate them into impactful product features.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in presenting and articulating product concepts to both technical engineering teams and non-technical operational stakeholders.
• Strong ability to cultivate business relationships and influence key stakeholders across various functions.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams towards achieving shared objectives.
• Proven experience in managing cross-functional product development in an Agile/Scrum framework.
• Experience in establishing and integrating effective Scrum practices across engineering and business teams.
• Background in guiding iterative planning, prioritization, and delivery processes.
• Candidates must reside in and work remotely from Canada.
• Proficiency in the English language is required.
