This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Formulate and implement extensive logistics and supply chain strategies that align with the goals of the organization.
• Supervise strategic procurement, inventory control, warehousing, transportation, distribution, and supplier collaboration.
• Manage relationships and negotiations with suppliers, carriers, logistics service providers, and other external stakeholders.
• Track inventory levels, demand forecasts, stock rotation, and replenishment needs.
• Evaluate supply chain performance metrics and provide recommendations for enhancing efficiency and minimizing costs.
• Establish, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to upper management.
• Identify operational risks and create contingency plans to ensure supply chain continuity.
• Ensure adherence to relevant regulations, company policies, safety standards, and trade-related requirements.
• Lead, mentor, and guide logistics and supply chain staff.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to synchronize procurement needs, deliveries, inventory, and operational priorities.
• Assess and adopt technologies and systems that enhance supply chain visibility, reporting, accuracy, and operational efficiency.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across logistics and supply chain functions.
• Assist with international logistics operations, customs requirements, and trade compliance processes as necessary.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related area.
• 5–7+ years of progressive experience in logistics and supply chain management.
• Proven experience in managing supply chain projects and achieving measurable operational results.
• Extensive knowledge of procurement, inventory management, demand planning, transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
• Familiarity with Transportation Management Systems (TMS), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platforms, or similar supply chain technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to interpret operational and financial data.
• Experience with ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, relationship management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to manage, mentor, and develop teams.
• Strong project management abilities with the capacity to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strategic mindset with the capability to recognize risks, evaluate options, and implement practical solutions.
• Experience in international logistics, customs, and trade compliance is highly advantageous.
