This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee, strategize, manage, and coordinate Facility Startup and Automation integration projects.
• Customize enVista’s Program Management methodology to align with client requirements.
• Understand client objectives, facility design, automation processes, systems, organizational culture, and team functions.
• Manage the creation of operational descriptions, engineered designs, business requirements documents, and other integration-related documents.
• Lead the development of project execution documentation, including project plans, charters, and timelines.
• Facilitate the execution of integration documents from conceptual understanding to operational distribution center.
• Generate ongoing project management documentation, such as status reports, risk logs, issue logs, roles/responsibilities, and meeting minutes.
• Develop project tools as necessary to effectively execute client projects.
• Act as a trusted advisor utilizing industry standards and best practices.
• Create and coordinate client and strategic communications for assigned projects.
• Address project issues, identify and mitigate risks, and manage change requests.
• Utilize the PMO and enVista organization for insights and project feedback.
• Manage the communication schedule for stakeholders throughout the project.
• Foster consensus among workstream leaders regarding scope, tasks, staffing, and issue resolution.
• Develop work plans, allocate responsibilities, oversee resource workload, and clarify project-team roles.
• Cultivate relationships with sponsors, stakeholders, and project members to achieve business objectives.
• Support post-implementation analysis and compile lessons learned.
• Promote continuous improvement of project management methodologies and tools.
• Execute internal project management tasks related to resource utilization, revenue forecasting, and project maintenance.
• Perform additional related duties as needed.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of Project Management experience handling complex projects.
• Proven experience in managing intricate projects that encompass multiple workstreams.
• Familiarity with the necessary tasks for launching a new distribution center.
• Basic understanding of construction management and architectural schematics.
• Knowledge of distribution center automation and its integration.
• Understanding of operations and methods to make a distribution center operational.
• Familiarity with key distribution systems and their integration, including WMS, WCS, WES, TMS, LMS, OMS, BI, and other emerging systems.
• Capability to navigate ambiguous situations to formulate actionable plans.
• Ability to analyze existing project plans and adapt them for new initiatives.
• Excellent organizational skills with a talent for quickly synthesizing information.
• Proficiency in building solid relationships with clients and project teams.
• Skill in uniting a team and guiding them toward a shared objective.
• Ability to utilize emotional intelligence to unify a team during challenging situations.
• Strong written, verbal, and visual communication abilities.
• Confidence in engaging with all organizational levels.
• Exceptional presentation skills, including the ability to convey strategies and technical information to non-technical audiences.
• Capability to anticipate needs three steps ahead of the project team.
• Expert proficiency in SmartSheet, Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Experience with Lean and/or Six-Sigma methodologies is preferred.
• Expected travel requirement of 40%.
