This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and implement governance structures, strategic roadmaps, and operational rhythms for programs.
• Convert organizational strategies into program goals, desired outcomes, key milestones, and metrics for success.
• Supervise various interconnected projects and facilitate execution across different workstreams.
• Distribute resources, manage budgets, evaluate capacity, and set priorities for the program.
• Identify and address dependencies, constraints, risks, and issues across projects, escalating decisions as necessary.
• Align executives, business leaders, project teams, and stakeholders to ensure cohesion.
• Establish metrics for program performance and utilize data analytics to inform decision-making and corrective actions.
• Provide updates on program progress, outcomes, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Lead initiatives that span the entire organization, requiring collaboration across various departments or business units.
• Facilitate change management, stakeholder preparedness, and adoption initiatives.
• Maintain comprehensive program documentation, including plans, decision logs, status reports, and governance materials.
• Mentor project managers and emerging leaders within the organization.
• Enhance processes, tools, and standards for program and project management.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Organizational Leadership, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in leading complex, cross-functional programs of strategic significance.
• Capability to manage interconnected projects, prioritize competing demands, and navigate shared dependencies.
• Advanced skills in stakeholder management, negotiation, and executive-level communication.
• Strong abilities in strategic thinking, organizational design, and change management.
• Expertise in program analytics, budgeting, resource allocation, and making data-driven decisions.
• Familiarity with project and portfolio management tools, performance dashboards, and metrics.
• Experience in spearheading organization-wide initiatives and mentoring project leaders.
• Background in healthcare, fintech, or similar compliance-focused sectors is advantageous.
• Preferred knowledge in payer pre-pay processes and payment integrity.
• Ability to work extensively with computers and printers; primarily sedentary role involving continuous typing and repetitive computer tasks.
• Capacity to focus on analytical duties, comprehend information, and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing throughout the workday.
