This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Direct strategic health informatics initiatives.

• Utilize the SAFe® framework to enhance feature delivery and provide high-quality products and services.

• Oversee contract programmatic resources to guarantee features are acceptable, of high quality, and comply with industry standards.

• Manage a portfolio consisting of informatics products and projects.

• Identify and address portfolio risks.

• Develop and oversee project plans, budgets, schedules, and deliverables across multiple teams.

• Apply SAFe® principles and practices throughout the portfolio.

• Gather client feedback to refine operations and delivery to meet expectations.

• Collaborate with informatics leaders and Agile teams to enhance value, drive organizational change, and achieve operational excellence.

• Lead teams on major projects or significant segments of complex initiatives.

• Manage project financial budgets and assess resource requirements based on scope, timelines, and deliverables.

• Prepare reports and presentations for executives, communicating findings and recommendations.

• Serve as a liaison between consulting teams and client stakeholders to ensure alignment and impact.

• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to the development of organizational knowledge.

• Analyze complex project challenges and develop innovative solutions involving schedules, technology, methodology, tools, solution components, and management.

• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure timely, cost-effective completion.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of project goals and objectives.


⛳️ Requirements

• Master's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.

• At least 15 years of experience in healthcare consulting, program management, or healthcare analytics.

• Proficient in clinical informatics and experienced in managing diverse IT projects.

• Familiarity with SAFe®’s Lean Agile principles and practices.

• Proven experience leading high-performing Agile teams to create value and support organizational change.

• Background in the full systems development life cycle, enterprise-wide network engineering, strategic information planning, and business process reengineering.

• Skilled in project management software.

• Outstanding communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement abilities.

• Proficient in the MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, Outlook, etc.).

• Must possess legal authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, now or in the future.

• Must be able to obtain and maintain the required federal public trust clearance for this position.

• Resume must be submitted in Word document format and include dates in each section.
