This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create and uphold supply plans for both clinical and commercial product needs throughout the supply network.
• Convert demand forecasts into actionable production, inventory, and procurement strategies.
• Supervise inventory levels and develop safety stock strategies.
• Oversee production schedules, material availability, and delivery efficiency in collaboration with CMOs, CPOs, and suppliers.
• Monitor supply chain metrics and execute mitigation plans for any supply disruptions.
• Coordinate MRP activities and ensure timely procurement of raw materials, components, and finished products.
• Assist S&OP and IBP processes through data analysis, scenario planning, and interdepartmental collaboration.
• Manage supply chain master data and planning parameters within ERP and planning systems.
• Facilitate product launches, lifecycle management, and change control processes in partnership with Quality and Regulatory teams.
• Evaluate inventory trends, forecast precision, and supplier performance for ongoing improvement.
• Prepare and present reports, dashboards, and planning recommendations to leadership and stakeholders.
• Aid in global distribution efforts and collaborate with logistics providers to ensure timely shipment and receipt of materials and products.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a relevant field.
• At least 8 years of experience in supply chain planning, demand planning, production planning, or similar supply chain roles.
• Experience is preferred in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or life sciences sectors.
• Familiarity with GMP-regulated environments is essential.
• Strong comprehension of pharmaceutical or biotechnology supply chains.
• Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite.
• Knowledge of supply planning tools is required.
• Exceptional analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving abilities.
• Capacity to interpret and convey complex data effectively.
• Experience in managing relationships with CMOs, suppliers, and logistics providers.
• Ability to work collaboratively across functions and influence various stakeholders.
• APICS/ASCM certification (CPIM, CSCP, or equivalent) is preferred.
