Supply Chain Operations Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Develop and manage SKU records within Airtable.

• Create UPC barcodes and FNSKUs.

• Oversee SKU transitions from initiation to completion.

• Collaborate with the designer on SKU-related label modifications.

• Ensure accurate packaging files are maintained across Google Drive, Shopify, and Airtable.

• Confirm barcode and SKU information prior to supplier release.

• Generate purchase orders for suppliers.

• Calculate necessary component requirements.

• Analyze proforma invoice costs and document them against purchase order entries in Airtable.

• Keep records of payments, supplier confirmations, inspection reports, vendor credit documentation, and purchasing files.

• Assist with monthly accounts payable reconciliation.

• Conduct weekly inventory validation across supply chain locations and report discrepancies.

• Reconcile both open and historical purchase orders.

• Maintain precise cost data and validate landed costs by SKU and model.

• Update product specifications regularly and manage the Google Drive file library.

• Compile data for weekly forecast outlier reviews and monthly FIFO and COGS reporting.

• Refresh monthly KPI trackers and monitor stock-in and stock-out situations.

• Relay changes throughout the business and keep product lead-time data updated in Airtable.

• Adhere to SOPs, verify automated outputs, and identify anomalies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in supply chain, purchasing, or purchase order administration.

• Experience with Shopify.

• Strong comprehension of supply chain operations from purchasing to inventory management, costing, and reporting.

• Practical experience in issuing purchase orders, entering supplier costs, tracking payments, following up on documentation, and maintaining accurate purchasing records.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, with confidence in handling exports, lookups, and reconciliations.

• Advanced written and verbal English communication skills at C1 level or higher.

• Currently residing in the Philippines and legally authorized to work there.

• Reliable computer, high-speed internet, and a quiet, dedicated workspace for remote work.

• Proficient in Airtable (preferred).

• Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central (preferred).

• Experience with imported goods or overseas manufacturing supply chains (preferred).

• Background in bookkeeping or accounts payable (preferred).

• Regular use of AI tools (preferred).
