This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +3 more states.
• Develop and sustain the hardware supply chain forecast for Greenlight.
• Convert marketing expenditure plans, promotional schedules, POS/sell-through metrics, and launch timelines into a viable operations strategy.
• Facilitate consensus planning and assist in inventory allocation decisions alongside GTM, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams.
• Maintain baseline, upside, and downside planning perspectives while escalating risks with actionable recommendations.
• Transform the demand plan into a time-phased, BOM-level supply strategy.
• Manage Amazon FBA inventory health effectively.
• Act as the primary operational contact for the 3PL relationship on a daily basis.
• Oversee kitting/VAS scheduling, ODM inbound receiving, FBA replenishment, retail routing-guide and labeling compliance, along with packaging-consumables replenishment.
• Establish and enforce 3PL SLAs and KPIs; conduct weekly/monthly scorecards and review sessions.
• Manage the hardware item master, BOM, kit SKU configuration, and packaging specifications.
• Collaborate with Retail/GTM on fulfillment, labeling, EDI, and returns prerequisites for new channels.
• Track supply chain KPIs such as forecast accuracy, in-stock rate, inventory turns, weeks-of-supply, component coverage, 3PL scorecard, and returns cycle time.
• Advocate for the automation of manual workflows.
• Assist Accounting during month-end close by reconciling inventory transactions and clarifying variances.
• Document procedures as SOPs and runbooks.
• 5–8+ years of experience in supply chain planning, inventory management, or logistics operations for tangible consumer goods.
• Practical demand planning experience managing a SKU-level forecast across at least two of D2C, Amazon/marketplace, and retail.
• Knowledge of sell-in vs. sell-through, promotional uplift, and weeks-of-supply concepts.
• Proficient in MRP/BOM-based supply planning, including reorder points, safety stock, lead-time offsetting, and kit/bundle SKUs.
• Direct involvement in managing daily operations of a 3PL, with experience in warehouse management system configurations, kitting/VAS, FBA prep and inbound processes, SLA, and scorecard governance.
• Experience with retail EDI workflows, including purchase orders, acknowledgments, advance ship notices, invoices, and inventory feeds.
• Familiarity with transaction sets 850, 855, 856, 810, and 846.
• Strong analytical and modeling capabilities with large, imperfect datasets from various systems.
• Proven ability to drive change through scalable processes.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to distill supply and demand trade-offs into clear recommendations.
• Capacity to influence external partners without formal authority.
• Comfort in navigating ambiguity and establishing structure where there is none.
• Preferred: hands-on experience in Amazon FBA/FBM operations, retail vendor compliance, and S&OP or consensus demand planning.
