Logistics Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Manage the importation process of containers in collaboration with international suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, FDA, drayage companies, trucking services, and warehouse teams.

• Facilitate the coordination of order deliveries between NILO warehouse, trucking firms, and customer distribution centers.

• Conduct audits and address inventory discrepancies at the warehouse level.

• Organize and schedule routes for field representatives and their visits to stores.

• Execute additional operational or administrative tasks as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree.

• Experience in operational and administrative roles.

• Strong mathematical and organizational abilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Microsoft Word, Excel).

• Proficient in English.

• Candidates must currently reside in El Salvador or Nicaragua.
