Supply Chain Manager – E-Commerce

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Deliver customer support in the German language

• Assist in the customer service operations for an e-commerce business

• Manage responsibilities related to Amazon account oversight and supply chain processes

• Address customer inquiries efficiently

• Utilize web-based applications, including Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, and Gmail or equivalent platforms

⛳️ Requirements

• Commitment of approximately 20 hours per week, with potential for a transition to full-time employment in the future

• Proficiency in both German and English

• Competence in using computers and web-based applications

• Access to a personal computer and a dependable internet connection

• Prior experience in customer support or e-commerce is advantageous but not essential

• Familiarity with Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, Gmail, or similar platforms is beneficial

• Background in Amazon operations, including account management and supply chain oversight
