This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Oversee financial planning, governance, and operational execution for a sophisticated Supply Chain Technology portfolio.
β’ Act as an intermediary among Technology, Finance, and business stakeholders.
β’ Manage fiscal calendars and synchronize budgeting cycles.
β’ Monitor operating and capital expenditures.
β’ Supervise Accounts Payable activities.
β’ Assist in financial variance analysis and reporting.
β’ Establish and maintain communication with project stakeholders.
β’ Direct project planning, encompassing scope, deliverables, timelines, work breakdown structures, and milestones.
β’ Develop, monitor, track, and modify project plans as necessary.
β’ Implement change management processes and activities within the Technology organization.
β’ Align dependencies while proactively identifying and mitigating risks and issues.
β’ Execute fiscal management and reporting for operational, product/business, technology, and vendor stakeholders.
β’ Anticipate gross labor, capital expenditures, and non-labor costs for tracking, reporting, and variance analysis.
β’ Must be at least eighteen years of age.
β’ Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.
β’ Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for financial analysis, reporting, and budget tracking.
β’ Proficient in Tableau and data visualization/reporting tools.
β’ Familiarity with Google BigQuery (GBQ).
β’ Proven experience in managing budgets, forecasts, financial reporting, and variance analysis.
β’ Understanding of Accounts Payable processes, invoice management, accruals, and financial reconciliation activities.
β’ Ability to analyze financial data and derive accurate conclusions to facilitate business and investment decisions.
β’ Demonstrated capability in managing portfolio financials, including operating expenses, capital expenses, labor tracking, and vendor spending.
β’ Strong organizational skills with experience in managing intricate fiscal calendars, budget cycles, and financial planning activities.
β’ Proven ability to cultivate and sustain effective relationships with cross-functional stakeholders, including Technology, Finance, Procurement, and business leaders.
β’ Exceptional written, verbal, presentation, and executive communication abilities.
β’ Demonstrated project management skills with the capacity to coordinate multiple initiatives, priorities, and stakeholders concurrently.
β’ Experience in identifying, managing, and mitigating financial and operational risks.
β’ Background in supporting financial governance and reporting for technology or business portfolios.
β’ Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while handling competing priorities and deadlines.
β’ Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field of study.
β’ At least 2 years of professional work experience.
