This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
β’ Maintain regular communication with suppliers through WeChat and email concerning production timelines, order statuses, delays, and issue resolution.
β’ Pose specific follow-up inquiries and acquire actionable updates from suppliers.
β’ Assess whether tasks should proceed to production, procurement, or another phase.
β’ Follow up on approximately 5β15 active purchase orders per supplier weekly.
β’ Monitor supplier deposits, balance payments, payment schedules, and due dates.
β’ Collaborate with finance to guarantee accurate and timely supplier payments.
β’ Potentially create or modify purchase orders following training.
β’ Oversee projects from development through production and delivery.
β’ Supervise the project board, including tasks, assignees, priorities, deadlines, and statuses.
β’ Review task activities and determine appropriate next steps.
β’ Update PMS, PLM, ERP, ClickUp, spreadsheets, and inventory management systems.
β’ Update or initiate project and task statuses across various systems.
β’ Identify delayed projects, missing information, unresolved issues, and obstacles.
β’ Escalate significant issues or delays to the relevant decision-maker.
β’ Provide a clear, concise daily summary each morning.
β’ Previous experience in procurement, supply chain, manufacturing, supplier coordination, or product operations.
β’ Direct experience collaborating with suppliers or manufacturers.
β’ Fundamental understanding of product manufacturing flow and production processes.
β’ Familiarity with purchase orders, supplier payment terms, deposits, balances, and production timelines.
β’ Comfort in managing multiple active purchase orders and projects simultaneously.
β’ Proficient knowledge of ERP/PLM systems, PMS platforms, ClickUp, and spreadsheets.
β’ Strong written communication skills for WeChat and email correspondence with overseas suppliers.
β’ Experience with international suppliers is advantageous.
β’ Computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM and Intel i5 or AMD Ryzen 5 processor or higher.
β’ Internet speed of at least 40MBPS.
β’ Headset with an extended noise-canceling microphone and webcam.
β’ Backup computer and internet connection.
β’ Quiet, dedicated workspace at home.
β’ Reliable internet connection.
β’ Ability to work 40 hours per week, from 10AM to 6PM EST.
