This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the daily operations of Ting's physical supply chain, including contract manufacturing, 3PL, Amazon FBA, and returns management.
• Act as the operational lead for third-party logistics partners across various fulfillment locations.
• Track fulfillment performance, ensure inventory accuracy, and maintain adherence to service level agreements; facilitate partner meetings and address fulfillment failures, receiving discrepancies, and shipping exceptions.
• Assist in the onboarding process for new fulfillment nodes and establish allocation rules.
• Manage inventory visibility across manufacturers, 3PL locations, Amazon, and returns.
• Maintain reorder points and safety stock levels; reconcile warehouse management system, internal systems, and ERP inventory; investigate variances to determine root causes.
• Ensure the integrity of serial-level inventory.
• Collaborate with contract manufacturing and processing partners on purchase orders, receipt confirmations, inbound freight, production tracking, returns processing, and FBA preparation.
• Plan and execute Amazon FBA replenishments, develop shipment plans, coordinate preparation and labeling, and reconcile FBA inventory.
• Oversee the returns process and reverse logistics, including intake, processing, disposition, RMA workflows, carrier integrations, automation rules, and returns data management.
• Identify and resolve customer or partner issues in the returns experience alongside Product Operations engineering.
• Manage packaging vendors and oversee quote-to-order cycles for mailers, inserts, and partner-specific materials.
• Maintain bills of materials, establish min/max inventory levels, and ensure correct pack-out based on order profiles.
• Coordinate inbound, transfer, and outbound freight; manage bills of lading, select carriers, conduct freight audits, and handle claims.
• Serve as the supply chain business owner in NetSuite, overseeing item master management, location handling, transfer orders, inventory adjustments, and landed cost calculations.
• Document processes, define tolerances, and develop repeatable monitoring workflows.
• Collaborate with Product Operations, Engineering, Finance, and external partners; report directly to the Director of Product Operations.
• Minimum of 4 years in supply chain, logistics, fulfillment, or inventory operations within a direct-to-consumer or hardware company, or on the client-operations side of a 3PL.
• Practical experience with 3PL and inventory management.
• Proficient in using NetSuite or a similar ERP system for inventory management, purchasing, and transfers.
• Experience working directly with contract manufacturers, co-packers, or processing partners.
• Proficient with spreadsheets and data exports; capable of investigating discrepancies to determine root causes.
• Ability to articulate clear requirements for internal tools or automation and validate completed tasks.
• Proven track record of process ownership and initiative.
• Excellent written communication skills for interactions with partners and internal stakeholders.
• Experience managing vendors and coordinating cross-functional work in a fully remote setting.
• Familiarity with Amazon FBA is advantageous, including experience with FBA shipment plans, replenishment against inventory limits, or inventory reconciliation.
• Experience with serialized hardware is a plus.
