Supply Chain Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete procurement process for server and GPU infrastructure related to new data center constructions.

• Engage in negotiations directly with OEM/ODM suppliers.

• Develop dashboards and monitor ongoing tasks to ensure timely completion and adherence to deadlines.

• Manage cost efficiency, address supply challenges, and handle vendor escalations.

• Collaborate closely with engineering, logistics, finance, and operations teams.

• Provide support to global data centers post-launch through proactive stock planning and urgent procurement to guarantee uninterrupted operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5+ years of experience in server/data center hardware procurement.

• Direct experience with ODM/OEM manufacturers.

• Strong negotiation abilities, with a proven track record of securing supply commitments and favorable terms in challenging market conditions.

• Experience in high-paced, high-pressure work environments.

• Capability to swiftly grasp technical infrastructure requirements.

• Proficient in English.

• Candidates must be authorized to work in the country of application and will need to provide proof of employment eligibility as part of the hiring process.

• Added advantage: experience in hyper-scale/AI infrastructure settings.
