This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Create and sustain demand forecasts utilizing historical sales data, market trends, customer demand, and promotional activities.
• Track forecast accuracy and modify plans according to evolving business circumstances.
• Confirm forecast results, pinpoint exceptions, and offer recommendations to stakeholders.
• Work in conjunction with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain teams.
• Assist in planning promotions and campaigns by evaluating demand uplift and inventory needs.
• Oversee purchasing and replenishment efforts to guarantee product availability.
• Sustain optimal inventory levels while reducing stockouts and excess inventory.
• Assess supplier performance, delivery schedules, and potential supply chain risks.
• Collaborate with logistics partners to ensure stock availability and adhere to delivery timelines.
• Engage with suppliers and contract manufacturers regarding production needs and delivery timelines.
• Facilitate production planning and scheduling to align with forecasted demand.
• Aid in supplier compliance, quality benchmarks, and resolving issues.
• Analyze and report on demand, inventory, production, sales, and supply chain performance metrics.
• Maintain planning tools, dashboards, trackers, and reporting models.
• Identify opportunities for enhancing forecasting accuracy, reporting, inventory visibility, and operational efficiency.
• Execute other supply chain and demand planning responsibilities as necessary.
• A bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Commerce, Logistics, Operations, or a related area is preferred.
• A minimum of 3+ years of experience in demand planning, inventory planning, procurement, supply chain, or a comparable analytical role.
• Proficiency in demand planning, ERP, inventory management, or reporting systems.
• Experience collaborating with suppliers, manufacturers, or logistics partners is highly valued.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled forecasting, automation, or analytics tools is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Capability to interpret sales, inventory, and forecasting data effectively.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or similar applications.
• Solid understanding of inventory management, replenishment planning, purchasing, and supply chain operations.
• Ability to recognize trends, validate data, question assumptions, and provide practical recommendations.
• Strong organizational and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, commercially aware, and proactive in a dynamic environment.
• Work from home.
• Dayshift schedule from 0700 AM to 0400 PM PHT, with adjustments for daylight saving time.
• Monday to Friday workweek; weekends off.
