This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Lead the North America Demand Planning team and create a high-performing, data-driven planning organization.
β’ Manage the regional demand plan across all channels, customers, and product categories for a 12β48-month period.
β’ Ensure that demand plans are aligned with commercial strategies, promotions, customer developments, portfolio initiatives, and market intelligence.
β’ Oversee statistical and judgmental forecasting methodologies.
β’ Track and enhance Forecast Accuracy, Forecast Bias, and forecast value-add metrics.
β’ Utilize advanced analytics, market data, customer insights, and business intelligence tools to pinpoint trends and risks.
β’ Create scenario planning to assess market changes, supply constraints, customer actions, product launches, and promotions.
β’ Conduct root cause analyses to enhance forecast performance and the quality of business decisions.
β’ Lead the Demand Review process within the monthly Integrated Business Planning cycle.
β’ Facilitate consensus planning with Commercial, Finance, Supply Planning, and Portfolio teams.
β’ Convert market assumptions into demand forecasts that encompass volume, revenue, and margin expectations.
β’ Identify demand risks and opportunities, devising mitigation and gap-closing strategies.
β’ Present demand insights, scenarios, and recommendations to senior leadership.
β’ Align the demand plan with financial forecasts and supply capabilities.
β’ Enhance forecasting processes, planning governance, data quality, parameter governance, and reporting automation.
β’ Promote the adoption and optimization of Anaplan, Power BI, AI forecasting, and advanced planning tools.
β’ Mentor and develop Demand Planners.
β’ Set performance expectations and development plans.
β’ Establish succession plans and future planning capabilities throughout North America.
β’ Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
β’ Over 5 years of experience in Demand Planning, IBP, S&OP, or Commercial Planning.
β’ At least 3 years of experience in people leadership.
β’ Proven track record in leading demand planning processes within FMCG, food & beverage, consumer goods, or other fast-moving sectors.
β’ Demonstrated success in fostering cross-functional alignment and influencing senior stakeholders.
β’ Experience in supporting executive-level decision-making through analytics and scenario planning.
β’ Familiarity with planning platforms such as Anaplan, SAP IBP, OMP, Kinaxis, or similar tools.
β’ Strong proficiency in BI tools and Excel.
β’ Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
β’ Willingness to travel 25% of the time.
