This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Iowa.
β’ Act as a specialized Talent Partner providing support to Supply Chain and Quality functions.
β’ Service and triage designated client groups to ensure HRBPs and leaders receive relevant talent expertise.
β’ Collaborate with client groups to define and implement talent strategies.
β’ Facilitate talent brokerage, visibility, opportunity sharing, and slating coordination.
β’ Prepare, assist, and enable talent reviews, segmentation, and succession planning processes.
β’ Support the identification, development, and visibility of high-potential and top talent.
β’ Prepare materials and insights for talent councils at Collins and RTX.
β’ Assist with critical roles and talent initiatives, including risk mitigation strategies.
β’ Serve as a process steward for Personal Improvement (PI), Individual Development Plans (IDP), mentorship, development, and enterprise tools.
β’ Collaborate with HRBPs to implement essential talent actions.
β’ Offer feedback on talent management processes, technologies, and tools.
β’ Address talent inquiries and coordinate services from the Talent Center of Excellence (COE).
β’ Coach HRBPs on fundamental Organizational Effectiveness (OE) tools and vendors.
β’ Aid in the preparation for straightforward team sessions and facilitate limited interventions, including assessments and SDI.
β’ A University Degree with a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field with at least 10 years of experience.
β’ Experience in Human Resources as an HR Business Partner and/or in Talent Management.
β’ Proven ability to communicate effectively with senior leaders and executive stakeholders.
β’ Experience in large, complex, global organizational environments.
β’ Preferred experience in the Aerospace and Defense Industry.
β’ Experience as an HR Business Partner or Talent Management Partner within a matrixed organization is preferred.
β’ Previous HR experience supporting a client group in Operations, Supply Chain, or Quality is preferred.
β’ Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.
β’ Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for company immigration sponsorship now or in the future.
